To start off the new season, fette's gallery is delighted to present Insekts, the first solo exhibition in Los Angeles by Swiss artist Sandrine Pelletier.

The installation will consist of a new series of delicate and suggestive embroideries and other extravagant sculptures exploring the artist's recurrent interest in childhood, its artifacts, and the memories and fables associated with this singular period.


The artist has recently been exhibited with Taché-Levy in Brussels, Tsumori Chisato in Paris and Aoyama and Galerie Lucy Mackintosh in Lausanne. Her works has also ben presented during Volta, Basel, Pulse, NY and Aqua, Miami.

Pelletier lives and works in Lausanne, Switzerland, and Paris, France. She graduated from the Ecole Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne (ECAL).
